
I’m Sandro Rosa, a designer with over 30 years of experience building frameworks that link brand identity, user experience, and measurable outcomes. I began my career in 1992 working with retail and live marketing, and later became an Art Director and Creative Director at agencies such as AlmapBBDO, F/Nazca, Africa, JWT Wunderman, AgênciaClick (Isobar), DM9DDB, Dentsu, BETC Havas and Publicis.
I’ve led global projects for Volkswagen, Audi, and Stellantis, as well as Itaú, Bradesco, Visa, Fasano, JHSF, Havaianas, Heineken, Ambev, Mars, P&G, and Unilever. My work has been recognized with more than 70 international awards, including Cannes Lions, Clio, One Show, D&AD, and Webby Awards.
Since 2003, my focus has shifted to digital design, and in recent years to Branding, UX/UI and Design Systems, creating frameworks that bring consistency, speed and scale. I combine automation, AI, and modular thinking to build intelligent systems that support real business impact.
My approach is simple: less about isolated assets, more about structure. Less manual production, more applied intelligence. Design built to scale, learn, and deliver long-term value.
