Context

Volkswagen needed to expand its retail communication without increasing production budgets. Together with AlmapBBDO, we developed a modular creative framework that automatically generates hundreds of variations aligned with clusters, messaging, and formats.

The structure reduced manual production, accelerated delivery, and brought visual consistency across all touchpoints. Automation enabled faster updates to offers, improved media performance, and real-time learning from audience behavior.
